The stay provided clean accommodations with a comfortable bed, easy to relax. The awkward placement of the toilet roll holder and inconsistent service during breakfast could improve the experience. It's good for a short visit.

Considering other options in Birmingham this one is good value. The breakfast options are nice hot with a coffee machine, cooked items and the fried eggs. The location is ideal and exceptionally nice near the stirchley area of Birmingham:)))

Great-sized and recently refurbished rooms with towels available. So many choices for breakfast: sausages and bacon. Had good location to pub up the road, right at Artefact.

Unbeatable location, Birmingham airport was 20 km away. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very nice looking area.

The location is really great, morrisons right across the road n so many takeaways nearby. Most of the super nice team, especially the guy who checked me in super late at night. The room was clean enough and warm, was comfy after a long day of travel.
But i had a coupla issues, like the window was wide open when i got there n the room was pretty chilly with wet curtains. The cups n coffee supplies weren't replaced .

Convenient but Mixed Experience
The location is great for contractors. Easy access to local shops for essentials. Room had potential but felt neglected-cobwebs and an old feel. Service was inconsistent. Some staff friendly, but not all. Bring your own essentials. Breakfast options are limited in-house.

comfortable but lacked attention to detail
The beds provided a restful night, crucial for a family's stay. We appreciated the generous supply of tea and coffee, a nice touch for unwinding after a long day.
The overall atmosphere felt a bit unpolished.

central spot ideal for city walks and nearby parks
The hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful cannon hill park, perfect for a relaxing walk, and it's also close to the bustling artefact. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff and spacious room were good.

Family with children will find it decent
Location was perfect. We had an easy time getting around, and the room was clean with plenty of power sockets, a lifesaver when you got kids. I appreciate the large selection of tea and coffee they provided, a simple touch but it really matters.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what we got.
